microsoft store says i own this app but can't install

1- Click the Start button and select the Settings icon.
2- Choose Apps from the list.
3- Click Apps & features in the left pane of the window.
4- Select Microsoft Store and click Advanced options.
5- Click Reset and click Reset again.
