git clone protical https is not supported

If you tried to paste your link with Ctrl + V
Your terminal might have added a hidden "?"

When you saw nothing, you may have tried right-click + paste.
Unfortunately, this keeps the hidden "?" so it is invalid.
You may be able to see and/or remove the hidden character by backspacing
or just typing it out from scratch (up arrow brings back the hidden character.)
